Do you take my insurance?

I am out of network with insurance companies, but can provide a receipt for reimbursement if your plan offers out of network benefits.

Why should I pay out of pocket and not use my insurance?

There are many reasons to not use insurance for therapy sessions. Insurance companies require a diagnosis to be given for each client. Many life insurance companies find and use this information to prevent people from using life insurance or charge a much higher rate for people diagnosed with mental disorders. Paying out of pocket can be beneficial as it keeps your information more private.

Also, insurance companies dictate what type of modalities can be used and how long sessions can be. I find that each person is unique and deserves individualized offerings tailored to meet their healing needs.

What are your rates?

50 Minute Sessions: $175

60 Minute Sessions $210

75 Minute Sessions $262.50

What should I expect in my first session?

I’ve done talk therapy before, but am not finding the results I was hoping for. How is this different and what can I expect?
